About Lizzie
I am a 21 year old student in Bath. I am studying to be a Dr in Psychotherapy. If it wasn't for therapy, altering my mindset onto a better path, I probably wouldn't be graduating from a Psychology degree in June. I wasn't sure what I wanted to do, but the miraculous changes it made to my life, made me instantly know that this is something I'd love to make a career out of. Essentially just talking and listening to people.

I specialise in strength training, and hybrid training (cardio & weights). The typical length of a lesson is 1 hour. Before any lessons take place, an introductory meeting will occur, where we assess the achievements, goals that you would like to aim for. I will go through/ demonstrate the exercises you need to complete to suit your own personal goals. My lessons are designed for anyone who is struggling mentally, with motivation and just a lack of confidence.
