About Dylan
My name is Dylan Thompson and I am 20 years old. I am from Denver, Colorado and have 4 younger siblings. I love playing soccer, going off roading with my family, and traveling the world! I am currently studying at CSU Pueblo to obtain my degree in Spanish and play soccer for the school!
I took 4 years of Spanish in high school but harnessed my Spanish superpowers while living in Argentina for 2 years. Although I'm the whitest-looking guy you'll meet, my friends call me Argentine because of my accent and how well I speak! Aguante Boca!
My passion is helping people accelerate their learning of Spanish and I love having fun while doing it! I'll help you learn at your own pace and help you harness your bilingual superpowers!

I use a mostly practice based teaching method. I took 4 years of Spanish in high school but until I started practicing every day, my bilingual abilities didn't grow. In a typical lesson, we do a warm up to review what we learned in the last lesson, I teach a simple concept about grammar, pronunciation, easy phrases, etc., then spend the rest of the time practicing with my student. We can use assignments they have received from school or I have a catalog of exercises to choose from. These lessons are for the beginners who just started learning and can be tailored to the most advanced speakers such as those pursuing a degree in Spanish. In Argentina, I taught many of my friends Spanish and all of them are now 100% fluent. I love working with kids but also enjoy more challenging lessons with adults!
