About Tae

I am a dedicated flute tutor who loves helping students explore music with creativity and confidence. My teaching combines mentorship, accountability, critical thinking, and creative exploration. I focus on tone, phrasing, rhythm, and breath control while nurturing expressive playing. I also teach music theory, sight-reading, and listening skills to strengthen overall musicianship. Creativity is encouraged through improvisation, composition, and musical storytelling. I guide students to set goals, practice consistently, and take ownership of their learning. Mistakes are treated as natural learning opportunities and chances for growth.

I adapt lessons to each student’s pace, skill level, and personal interests. I act as a mentor, offering guidance, motivation, and constructive feedback. Lessons are structured but engaging, balancing technical work with creative exercises. I emphasise reflection, problem-solving, and independent thinking in every session. My goal is to build confidence, discipline, and a love for music in all students. I also teach related subjects such as performance preparation, theory, and rhythm. I create a positive and inspiring environment where students feel encouraged. Every lesson is designed to help students become expressive, confident, and passionate musicians.

About the lesson

I teach flute with a focus on creativity, accountability, and personal expression. I believe that learning music should be fun, meaningful, and confidence-building. Each lesson encourages students to explore their musical ideas while improving technical skills. I act as a mentor who guides students thoughtfully and supports their growth. Accountability helps students stay disciplined and consistent with practice. Lessons include tone exercises, phrasing, rhythm, and breath control.
