About Mohamed
I started very early, at the age of 4 (my father is a former pro boxer in boxing and my mother in taekwondo), then at the age of 12 I started in a club with aikido during 2 years, I then continued with Qwan Qi Do, for 3 years, I then started kickboxing in 2013, a sport that I continued to practice for 4 years at the same time as the MMA that I started in 2014.
I have been giving muscle building classes for 3 years, and this year I am also giving kickboxing classes.
I am now sponsored on social networks, in particular by RDX Sports, a major sports brand

I have a lot of patience and pedagogy, if it doesn't work in one way we will try another to achieve the result, for me the most important thing is motivation and the mind. I go there gently and encourage you to go to the end of yourself, both to progress and to discover yourself, push your limits and destroy the mental barriers that we too often tend to put on ourselves.
Classes can also take place outdoors, at home or in a street workout park to also work on muscular endurance.
I am transported and can therefore move around.
