About Terry
I am an attentive and patient Tutor with over 15 years of experience supporting students from the ages of 13 years and above. I am consistent and caring and able to support you to thrive. I have a PhD in Actuarial Science and have taught at more than four universities in England including Kingston University, University of Leicester, Essex University and The University of Westminster. I have a wealth of experience in supporting students work through equations and understand the appropriate formulae that need to be applied.

- The initial free 30 minute sessions serve as a consultation to assess the student's needs and objectives. This will help ensure that the sessions are tailored to their specific goals and can help identify if tutoring with me is a good fit. - Following the consultation, each lesson will be 1 hour. - Tutees can state what areas they would require support. In some cases it may be most appropriate to send specific questions at least 24 hours before the scheduled session. - For GCSE & A Level students it may be appropriate to go through a completed past paper to identify and work on any areas of weakness. - Lessons can be provided for GCSE, A Level, undergraduate and post-graduate students.
