About Steven
"Standing on stages for 13 years with just a guitar and a mic taught me how to keep a crowd moving. I have spent 13 years refining my craft through gospel and blues traditions. Kids and teens often come to me to learn electric technique and music theory.
I work with hobbyists to improve their improvisation and soloing skills. Reading sheet music becomes simpler when you connect it to real songs. I focus on chord transitions and scales to help you sound better. My goal is to make sure you enjoy the process of playing."

"Do you find yourself struggling with messy chord transitions or getting lost in blues progressions? Playing guitar shouldn't feel like a chore.
As a graduate of the Musicians Institute Hollywood, I break down complex lead guitar concepts into parts that kids and teens can actually use. We work on ear training and songwriting to keep things fun. You receive a monthly recorded review of your progress to track how far you have come. It just happens naturally."
