About Sooz
In 2008 I had a massive breakdown that took me out of the workforce and out of life for the best part of six years. After 6.5 years on antidepressants and time spent with various counselors and psychologists, I came out of the darkness. I don't want anyone to feel like there is no light at the end of the tunnel or no solution to what is holding them back. I'll be there for you. I'll see you, hear you, and validate your experiences. No jargon, no judgment. I got you.

Qualified Holistic counsellor who takes the whole person into consideration - mind, body and spirit. Let's treat ALL of you, not just your set of symptoms.
Sessions generally take between 1 and 1 1/4 hours and can be on my couch, your couch, by the water, at a coffee shop.....whatever makes you feel safe and heard.
Prices start from $70 for an hour. In person and online.
