About Josephine
After years traditional dance instruction as a youth, I moved to new studio in my last two years of dance education. I had a teacher there at Dance Project in Eureka MO named Jennifer Medina. Her mother owned the studio and she had an adult dance company also affiliated with the studio. It was through her I discovered a holistic and well intentioned way of dancing I had not known before. Her instruction has impacted the way I live my life to this day ten years later. After ten years of focused practice in my own daily life I would love the opportunity to pass on what she shared with me all those years ago that impacted me so fully.

The lessons I offer will reveal ways for anyone to incorporate dance into their lives. My classes would be tailored specifically to you and what you are wanting to get out of it. Skill can be beginning through advanced. My approach is unlike a traditional dance class as we will also be exploring meditation, nervous system regulation, body awareness and improvisation techniques

The free 30 min session is only available at my house I cannot travel for this. It will be a conversation about what your goals are with your practice and a short warm up tailored to you that you can use daily.
