About Emelie
I am half British/ half Finnish and looking to help people feel better in their health struggles. I have a passion for gut health and since most of our immune system sits in the gut, this is a great place to start your journey!
I have worked as a primary school teacher and a Kindergarten teacher, so I love to teach and help others find their way in life.

Our first meeting (45 mins) is free and we'll go through a form together so that I can understand what you're looking for and what your health goals are.
After the first meeting the following meetings are 60 minutes and we will work on cultivating a holistic lifestyle that keeps you happy and healthy. We will discuss different areas of your life and I will tailor the experience to match your needs.
My goal is that you leave our meetings feeling strong and confident in your daily routines which we will put into place to support you in the best way possible.
I have a certificate from IIN (The Institute for Integrative Nutrition) and am currently working on becoming a Nutritionist too.
