About Justine
Despite not having a degree related to the health and fitness industry, I was raised in a very health-conscious environment and have prioritized expanding my knowledge of nutrition and holistic health since my brain became capable of storing the information. Having personally struggled with and recovered from disordered eating tendencies, I can now marvel at the lessons and mindset shifts that have become invaluable to me and feel confident in my ability to help others progress in their health journeys.

I am a firm believer that the best way to truly learn is to experience. Throughout our time together, you should expect to read about and listen to what a healthy lifestyle can do to you -- but more importantly, you should expect to feel what a healthy lifestyle does to you.
Throughout our time together, I hope that you will come to see me as a good friend rather than a regular teacher, because I would like to connect with you and learn about you in ways that seem impossible in any old-school classroom. After all, don't some of our most life-changing lessons come from unplanned, long conversations with friends?
If you like hours of reading and pretending to pay attention in the long-winded teacher's classes, you'd much prefer going elsewhere to learn more about how to reach your health goals. However, if you believe in the power of discussion and reaching goals by building resilience through community, you can thank your lucky stars that you're here.
