About Vasilisa

Hi there! I’m excited to connect with you. My yoga journey reaches to years of practice and continuous learning. I’ve completed an extensive 800-hour yoga training, delving into diverse styles like Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative, as well as deepening my knowledge in meditation and breathwork. Currently, I’m undertaking another year of study and exploring how yoga adapts to various life stages, health conditions, and personal goals. Yoga is more than just physical practice for me; it’s a holistic approach to well-being. I’m passionate about creating personalized practices that shaped to your individual needs, whether you’re a beginner, an experienced practitioner, or an athlete who is seeking for an additional support to their practice. My aim is to build a genuine, long-term relationship with you, understanding your lifestyle, goals, and challenges to design sessions that will best benefit you. With a background in creative industry, I like to bring a unique touch to our sessions, integrating different elements and a calm, inclusive, and empathetic approach. I also believe in using yoga as a great tool for stress management.

Each of our 60-minute sessions is designed just for you, blending asanas, breathwork, and meditation to match your unique needs and goals. I’ll start by understanding how you're feeling, your lifestyle, and what you want to achieve, then we’ll create a practice that’s tailored to you. Whether you're seeking a relaxing Yin session or an energising Vinyasa flow, or a recovery session as you prepare to run a marathon, my aim is to create a supportive and enriching experience. I believe in using props and adjustments to ensure you practice safely and comfortably. Let's work together to build a yoga routine that truly benefits you.

Cancellation policy: Class can be rescheduled if 24hours in advance has been given. Within the 24hr there is a cancellation fee of $10 to be paid before the next class.
