About Abigail
Hi! My name is Abigail and I am a Music Teaching Assistant (specializing in wind band) at the American Embassy School in New Delhi, India. I am a big fan of music and have experience in playing piano, guitar, saxophone, flute, French horn, baritone, clarinet, bass guitar, various percussion instruments, and the ukulele.

I am most comfortable with teaching with a practical cum theoretical approach to the saxophone. It helps people to learn both and develop a holistic sense of what it means to play the instrument well. This is especially important because the instrument is so rare and requires a special understanding.
I am happy to teach anyone over the age of 7 because the lessons are approx. 30-35 minutes and require a concentrated effort.
I aim to make learning the saxophone (and potentially other instruments) fun and exciting so that students will begin to love learning music! It is so important for the betterment of emotional and mental health of the student.
The method book I will be using is the Essential Elements book 1 for beginner students.
