About Margaret
Hey, I'm Margaret! I'm currently earning my bachelors degree at Louisiana Tech University. I'm majoring in biological sciences and minoring in chemistry. I'm focusing on premedical sciences and am currently studying for the MCAT. I'm also apart of the honor college on my campus and have already completed the mandatory 21 hours of honor courses. The honors level college classes I completed include biological principles, biological diversity, and general chemistry. I also took genetics and passed with a 100%. I consider genetics one of my strong suits and favorite classes. As of June 2024, I have a 4.0 grade point average. I also have extensive knowledge of the majority of high school classes including anatomy, forensics, biology, chemistry, and many more.
Throughout my college and high school experience, I tutored classmates, friends, and family. I enjoy tutoring students in need because of the rewarding feeling of helping student that are struggling or wanting to prepare. I specialize tutoring in STEM classes including genetics, general biology, general chemistry, anatomy and physiology, and mathematics on college, high school, and middle school levels.

I became a tutor to help students succeed and strive for higher education goals. I cater to the student's individual needs and work closely with the parent involved. I kindly request the material that the student wishes to be tutored on two days before the scheduled time. This is to insure that I am completely prepared for the lesson and make the most out of our time together. This also allows me to gather any helpful tips, tricks, and possible worksheets that could potentially help the student.
