About Talya
As I am a lecturer I do have quite a bit of teaching experience, both online and in person. I have offered drawing lessons before to students ranging from primary school to University first year level. Drawing is a skill, not a talent. Anyone can learn to draw well as long as they are willing to practice it.

I have tutored drawing both online and in person before. A lot of students don't realize how much observation and hand positioning play in drawing and this is where I start. The first lesson is used to gauge where the student is with drawing and setting up a personalized plan on how to help the student improve going forward (with an exercise that they need to complete for the next lesson). I offer personalized drawing tutoring in both Afrikaans and English.
