I attended UC Davis and studied Molecular Cell Biology where I graduated with honors. I enjoy teaching and love seeing students finding their own academic success! I have worked with many different types of students across various subjects and have been able to find success with all of them.

Due to my many years of tutoring, I have experience identifying and catering to every type of student and I employ a highly personalized approach with my tutoring. I take the time to learn each student's strengths and weaknesses and what learning modalities they are most receptive to in order to create a custom tailored lesson plan specifically for them.
What also sets me apart is that I teach my students how to become strong test-takers so they not only master the material but are able to perform on test day when it matters. Most tutors only teach the material but don't incorporate specific strategies for how to score well. Again, due to my experience, I have a high level of understanding of how the subject material will be tested so I can pinpoint the exact test-taking strategies needed for different subjects.
