About Claire

As well as my academic qualifications i feel the most important qualification i have gained is life experience.
From serious terminal illness, marriage break ups, advising someone coming out to friends and family as gay, bullying issues at work, money worries i have heard it all and advised many people along the way.

Everyone is an individual, so even if you have heard the same problem 100 times, done the same relaxation technique or given advice on the same meditation program, you are a unique individual, so each session it tailor made for you.

About the lesson

From being a young child and unable to deal with stress very well, as an adult i decided to study for many years in a verity of therapies such as Reiki, massage therapies and other holistic therapies to aid relaxation. This grew into a BA Hons Degree in Psychology where we were able to gain a better understanding of how the mind works and process information.

For many years now i have been the go to person for help and advice for friends, family, and often strangers in random situations, acting as their personal life coach helping to give them a clear perspective on life worries .

Sometimes to share your thoughts with a stranger and having them help you put worries and concerns into boxes makes things less daunting and easier to deal with. Never think that a problem is too big or small to talk about....if it matters to you, it matters to me.

The session will lead by you, meaning, if you want to talk, if you want to learn relaxation techniques, if you want to use me as a sounding board, or for me to create strategy power points that is fine, the most important person in the session is you, you have to be happy.
