Code should be legible, performant, and organized because the computer is only half the audience. Walking through a piece of buggy JavaScript code, I often find that the error stems from a fundamental misunderstanding of the underlying data structure.
I emphasize a strong grasp of APIs and backend basics to prepare you for the current industry standards. We will cover object-oriented programming concepts that actually apply to the projects you are building.
I offer mock technical interviews before your job applications to ensure you are ready for the pressure. These sessions are direct. You will see how an experienced analyst handles code reviews.
We will focus on debugging habits that save hours of frustration later. It really comes down to the way you think about problems.

Teaching feels like a natural extension of my time spent in management consulting, even if I sometimes struggle to explain the simplest concept quickly.
