How to Hypnobirth: Experienced Birther Walks You Through How To Have Natural Childbirth Easy
Methodology
Is this your first or have you had children before and want to have a natural pain medication free birth? Non-medicated birth is easy and NOT PAINFUL. Contractions are painful but birth is release! Hyponobirthing consists of positive atmosphere, visualization, breathing techniques, and relaxing every muscle in your body to let a contraction pass with minimum pain possible, reserving your strength for birth. I will teach you the techniques I used and helped other women with to make it through every contraction like a pro and reach your goal while having a positive birth experience.
Background
My first child, when it was time to push, took 9 minutes and 3 pushes. My second child, took 4 pushes and 5 minutes of total pushing. Neither child I had an epidural with and used hypnobirthing techniques. I have helped several women overcome the fear of birth.
