Pacing remains critical because I adjust the speed based on your immediate feedback loop. You need to understand that Excel is the foundation of every major data stack.
We focus heavily on conditional formatting and error handling during our time together. SUMIFS and COUNTIFS are covered with specific real-world examples to ensure retention. You will receive a weekly challenge task with feedback to verify your progress.
These assignments act as a bridge between theory and practical office tasks. Logic building happens through consistent practice and incremental difficulty increases. It is quite rewarding to see the moment everything clicks for a student. Coding and cleaning data should feel like solving a puzzle rather than a chore.

Computers were my primary workspace for 6 years before I pivoted to full time teaching. To be honest, I spent way too many nights fixing broken data models before realizing that teaching others was my real calling. My work as an online analytics teacher involves helping career switchers and office staff master the core data stack.
You might notice I am quite focused on the technical basics like nested IF logic and data validation. I also enjoy working with intermediate users who want to clean data effectively or build complex pivot charts. Seeing people finally understand text functions is quite satisfying for me.
My Wharton degree helps me frame these technical skills within a broader business context. It is important to me that students feel comfortable asking questions throughout our time together. I am direct but always keep the atmosphere productive and clear. Reach out if you are ready to handle data with real confidence.
