About Lorenzo
I'm Lorenzo, founder of an automation and AI consultancy that builds go-to-market infrastructure for B2B companies, including CRM setup, outbound systems, and workflow automation. HubSpot and CRM work specifically is one of the most common projects I take on, so this is genuinely day-to-day work, not something I only know in theory.
I started teaching because so many small business owners and marketers inherit a CRM nobody ever configured properly, and most of the fix is understanding a handful of concepts, not needing a full agency engagement. Sessions are practical and work from your real data wherever possible.

I teach you how to run HubSpot, or another CRM, like a real revenue system rather than a contact list that nobody trusts. That means structuring contacts, companies, and deals for how you actually sell, building lead scoring and lifecycle stages that mean something, sorting out deduplication and data hygiene, and setting up workflow automation for follow-ups and handoffs.
We can work in your real portal live, or in a sandbox setup if you are starting from scratch and want to get the structure right before you have thousands of records to untangle.
I run an automation and AI consultancy, and I have rebuilt CRM data foundations and built live HubSpot pipelines for real B2B clients, including validating an ingestion pipeline against a live financial services CRM with zero data errors across thousands of records.
Good fit for marketers or founders who inherited a messy CRM, anyone setting one up for the first time, or small teams who do not want to pay agency rates just to understand their own system.
Typical session length is 1.5 to 2 hours.
