About Camila
I’m Camila, a former university student who wants to teach in the areas which I excelled at. I’m great at spotting gaps in understanding and figuring out exactly how to approach tricky topics - basically, I love problem-solving.
I know what it was like to be a struggling student who couldn't find like-minded or appropriate tutors during my time at University so my number one goal is to become who I needed and help those who need it right now. I aim to reduce your stress that comes from struggling to keep up or understand the content, to make your learning a bit more breezy.
I enjoy traveling, good food, the Harry Potter series, video games and helping others! I can be relatable and hopefully, approachable :)

Approach / Teaching Methodology:
I focus on understanding exactly where each student is struggling, then breaking concepts down clearly with a personalised study plan. Lessons are interactive and tailored to your needs: I review topics, identify gaps, and guide you through exercises and explanations until the material clicks. I will then provide post-tutoring content for you to revise what we went through and further identify gaps. Additionally, I'll be available most of the day for you to contact me when need be.
Lesson Length:
Up to 1-hour sessions online (Zoom/Discord)
Optional bundle sessions available for ongoing support.
Qualifications / Experience:
Former university student
High Distinctions in Anatomy, Physiology, and Developmental Biology
90 - 100 Scores in Scientific Writing
Experienced in explaining complex concepts quickly and clearly via tutoring and general study aid.
