About Ruth
For 6 years I have been teaching meditation classes at a formal level, I have started more than 80 students to meditate and learn to accompany others to meditate, who have learned breathing techniques, mindfulness and stress management. Also, to self-observe and live in a more conscious way of themselves, of others and of the world that surrounds them.
