About John
I graduated from the University of Oregon in 2020 with a Bachelor of Science in human physiology. I then obtained my certificate in personal training , nutrition coaching and virtual coaching specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I have been working in a sport’s physical therapy clinic as an exercise therapist where I help patients who are suffering from both acute and chronic pain. I teach my patients about physical fitness and healthy living so they can live without pain. I hope I can use my knowledge to educate you as well!

I am here to teach my students about why it’s important to eat healthy and exercise. I want to educate my students on the importance of physical fitness from a physiological point of view so that they will be able to use this information for themselves and educate others.
