Hurdles and speed of all levels for,football,rugby,tennis,hockey from begginer to professional level

I have known Glory for over twenty five years and counting. She is an awesome coach who has mentored a lot of students that are doing extremely well in track events and other sporting activities. She is honest and trustworthy. I have full confidence in her and will not hesitate to recommend her to anyone who needs her services.

Coach Glory was my first coach in hurdles. She discovered me when I wasn’t doing so well in the 100m and 200m. I almost gave up because I wasn’t improving in the 100m . She came to me and said, do you know you can break my record in the hurdles, at first I had no reply then she said we should try hurdles. I gave hurdling a try in 2020, she trained me to become fearless. My first competition I ran a time of 14:94sec now I’m running 13:58sec. Her program improved my performance tremendously. Coach Glory is one person that would want to do anything for her athlete to succeed. She doesn’t discriminate, she treat everyone equally whether you are doing well or not . She isn’t just a coach to me she is also my mother, she taught me to be the best of me outside sports, she disciplined me and made me realize the benefits of living a responsible life. She is the best coach anyone would ask for . At times when i don’t perform well in competition, she doesn’t yell at me. She would take video of every competition and split the times the she will say to me we need to work more hard, she will tell me what I should work on through the video. She has been my motivation for the past years because her words keep me going, and she also believes in me even when I doubt I couldn’t do it , she will say you can do it. She is my role model, she is reliable and truthful.
