About Hussein

Hello! My name is Hussein Akim, and I am currently pursuing my second year of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering. I have over three years of experience tutoring Math and Physics, specializing in Grades 10–12 and students aiming to improve their understanding or raise their marks. I am passionate about teaching and strongly believe that Math and Physics are for everyone. I understand how intimidating these subjects can feel because I once struggled with them myself. Through dedication, hard work, and persistence, I developed not only proficiency but a true appreciation for the logic and beauty behind these subjects. About the lesson

My tutoring approach is centered on understanding, patience, and real-world application. I focus on helping students grasp concepts deeply rather than simply memorizing formulas. I use step-by-step explanations, relatable examples, and interactive problem-solving to make Math and Physics approachable and enjoyable. What makes my lessons unique is that I relate to students’ struggles. I too once found these subjects challenging, so I know how to guide students through confusion, build their confidence, and transform frustration into achievement. I encourage curiosity and aim to cultivate a love for learning, showing students that Math and Physics are not intimidating—they are empowering. I am proficient in English, and all lessons are conducted in English. Students can expect a typical lesson to involve: • Reviewing previous material and addressing questions • Explaining new concepts with clear, step-by-step guidance • Applying knowledge through practical problems and examples • Encouragement, feedback, and strategies to improve marks and confidence My lessons are aimed primarily at Grades 10–12 students, but I also enjoy helping students who want to improve their understanding and marks, regardless of their starting level.
