About Ana Hebe

Hi! My name is Ana Hebe Debenedetti.
I have studied since I was a child the mysteries of vibration and energy and had many experiences in the realm of the "invisible" that took me to go deeper in my research.
I have lived with yoguinis (people who dedicate their lives to yoga), learned all the techniques I could that involves energy, vibration as sound therapy (different techniques), crystal therapy, vastu shastra, feng shui, many metaphysic techniques from Asia, Ayurveda and many more. I am still learning.
Life is a sacred mystery and every class I give, I love to give them mantaining this feeling: we are sacred.

About the lesson

High Vibration Yoga will give you a new yoga experience.

It is based in the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda, astronomy, vibration and how life evolves.

It is divided into 12 different steps considering the inner energies of our self and how the outer energies from the Universe affect our experience and observation of the situations in life.

Every lesson takes 45 minutes of deep diving into ourselves.

All levels.
