About Dawn
I am the mom of someone who suffers from severe anxiety. It has been my mission to help her, and those like her, to function in a world that creates so many stressors.
I have been a certified life coach for seven years now and love the challenge of helping people through trying times. I have been studying mindfulness and natural techniques for longer than I have been a coach.
I do not take coaching lightly. I really want to help people move on from where they are now into a calmer, more balanced life.

Is your anxiety getting the best of you? Will learning self regulation and mindfulness help? I have many different techniques to help with anxiety and coping with daily tasks.
I start each lesson where you are at. Had a really bad day and just need to unpack it? Want a quick way to calm yourself in different situations? I work with you to understand what is happening and how you can move forward from it.
