About Luke

I am an undergraduate physics student at Imperial College London. I have always been passionate and enthusiastic about maths - I find it incredible how many secrets of the universe can be revealed through some surprisingly simple calculations, and I am interested in tutoring because I can't wait to share these amazing skills with people who are willing to learn. I'd love the opportunity to become more experienced in the field of tutoring, as I see teaching as one of the most important skills to have.

About the lesson

If you choose me as your tutor I'll work hard to ensure the teaching style suits your preferred way of learning, ensuring you can work at your own pace. I have good experience with maths and further maths from GCSE to A-Level. I'm now studying physics at Imperial College London, where I practise and implement these skills on a day-to-day basis. I'm more than happy to help with any topic you may be struggling with, or just to help you expand your knowledge. My experience with maths includes:

Gold award in the intermediate and senior UKMT challenges;
Grade 9 in GCSE maths;
Grade 9 in GCSE further maths;
Grade A* in A-Level maths;
Grade A* in A-level further maths;
Average 81% in 1st year physics at ICL (which is extremely maths-based).
