About Shilong
I got my academic training and achieved a Master's degree in Economics, though my interest also extends into other social sciences and philosophy in general. My professional experience is largely related to education. I have 16-year experience in teaching college/high and middle school/primary school students. My teaching subjects range from Economics, Academic writing and A-level Physics. I participated in translating an academic masterpiece by the Nobel laureate F. Hayek from English to Mandarin. Since the burst of Covid-19, I have been carrying out most of my teaching online. I am a person who likes learning, thinking, and focusing on particular areas. In the future I wish to contribute as an intellectual worker/e-learning instructor or adviser.

In physics teaching, I like to demonstrate the phenomenon first and then explain related theories. A hands-on experience, if possible, would be encouraged on the learner's part. Physics is not a subject for students to recite and repeat, but a bunch of knowledge obtained from experiments and conjectures.
