About Kathleen
For the last 12 years I have served in Health & Fitness in Chicago at Fitness Formula Club and in New York with Hamptons Gym Corp. Prior to that, I was an NCAA DI basketball coach serving as both assistant at DePaul University and University of Notre Dame and Head Coach at University of North Carolina Asheville. I have trained WNBA, college athletes and high school All-American’s. In college, I was an athletic scholarship recipient; from my basketball accomplishments during my career, I was inducted into the Athletic Hall of Fame in 2009 at Long Island University in New York.
I have spent the majority of my professional career participating on, recruiting and building successful teams. I developed a recruiting, leadership and management system that invites intentional, purpose driven, achievement that encompasses both success and significance. I presented the content of my system at IHRSA in 2013 and subsequently was approached by a publisher to write a book. I would welcome an opportunity to share some of my insights with you to see how I could impact your vision and legacy at your women’s basketball program. Below is a brief synopsis of the content I teach and the steps I use to build and manage intentionally driven, successful teams.
