About Sahil
I'm a graduate from IISER, a premier research institute in India. I'll be moving in to Basel in Switzerland soon for my PhD studies and would like to gain experience in tutoring my students for my own progress as an academician too! I major in mathematics and theoretical physics. I have worked on several research grade problems in theoretical physics and specially on quantum condensed matter systems. We have got a lot of publishable results and will be put on peer reviewed journals soon. I have a strong sense to understand mathematical rigor in day to day life and how this precise thinking can be used to solve several complex tasks in simple ways. I do like to work on computations and algorithms and have written several libraries for my own tasks. I also have received highest GPA award for all semesters in my courses and I'm also a potential gold medalist of our institute. I have also cleared several nationwide competitive exams and also taught mathematical concepts to Olympiad medalists at ICTS in program called "Math circles". Personally, I'm very friendly and can discuss practically any issue you have. So, please do consider me to tutor you and see you soon.

I teach using pen tablet, and also picture in picture mode so that the student can focus both on me and the material I'm teaching.
My teaching method is very flexible and can be personalized, but in general it goes about getting to know the level of expertise of the student by simple chat with them, not at all to be scary!! It's just casual talk on how much we really appreciate the subject.
I provide several approaches to truly understand the problem in many directions. After my lecture I leave students with few interesting questions to ponder, and not necessarily to solve them, but to just invoke their curiosity. I would like to be more like a friend than a tutor intending to also learn from my students.
My classes are intended to students to of all level, from elementary school to graduate level.
