About Tanay
I am a pre-final year Mechanical Engineering undergraduate student at IIT BHU Varanasi. I have always been fascinated by physics and its real-world applications. To me, teaching is not just about a passive transfer of knowledge; it is about sparking curiosity and making students hungry to learn more.
Applied physics is easily one of the most awe-inspiring phenomena happening around us. To truly master it, students need a strong, foundational base that seamlessly connects core textbook concepts to practical, physical examples.
Beyond my coursework, I am an active researcher working on new-age energy storage solutions, specifically Phase Change Material (PCM) cooling. This hands-on, application-based research has deeply sharpened my analytical aptitude, allowing me to bring a unique, comparative, and highly practical edge to my teaching methodology.

NCERT books can make physics look incredibly dry and confusing. As an applied engineering student I know memorizing formulas does not work. What works is building deep conceptual clarity, and making you understand what works and why it works.
I specialize in tutoring class 8th to 10th students (CBSE/ICSE/State Board) looking to build a knowledge townhouse on a conceptual foundation.
-Solving problems is a great way to learn a topic but it can't be hopped onto without visualizing the concept.
-We solve numerical problems together, step-by-step, starting from basic applications to advanced exam-level questions.
-I maintain a completely friendly, pressure-free environment where no question is considered silly. Ask a doubt five times, and I will explain it five different ways.
-Short, interactive concept checks at the start of each session to ensure previous topics are fully retained.
Our first 30-45 minute class is completely introductory. We will use this time to map out your syllabus, identify the specific chapters you find toughest, and figure out your personal learning style.
