About Shubham
Hi, I'm Shubham. I hope you all will be fine at your places. I'm currently in my second year at IIT Bombay. Math and Physics have been my favorite subjects since school, but honestly, it was Linear Algebra that really changed the way I think about problems, not just in math but in physics too.
Looking back at my own 11th and 12th, I spent a lot of time preparing for boards and JEE at the same time, and most of it felt disconnected. I was learning formulas without really knowing why they worked, and it took me until my first couple of years at IIT to actually understand the logic behind a lot of what I studied earlier. I wish someone had explained it to me the way I understand it now.
That's the gap I want to fill for my students. I teach Math, Linear Algebra and Physics, and my focus is on making sure the concepts actually make sense, not just get memorized for an exam. If you're someone who wants to understand the subject properly instead of just cramming it, I think I can help.

My teaching goes beyond the conventional classroom approach. Alongside clear theoretical explanations, I integrate explanatory videos, animations, and curated resources so that every concept truly sinks in, not just gets memorized for the moment.
Each class follows a simple structure: I start with the theory, then we solve practice problems together to reinforce it. After that, I give a challenge question designed to connect multiple topics at once, similar to how competitive exams actually test you. In the next class, we discuss and solve it together, which helps build real problem-solving instinct rather than rote learning.
These classes are meant for students currently in Class 12, those preparing for competitive and college entrance exams, and Class 11 students looking to get ahead in algebra and beyond.
What makes my approach different is a realization I had after completing my first two years at IIT Bombay: topics that seemed separate while preparing for exams are actually deeply connected, with real logic tying them together. That shift from knowing individual concepts to understanding how and why they connect completely changed how I solve problems, and it is exactly what I aim to pass on to my students early, so they understand the bigger picture rather than memorizing topic by topic.
