About Ninad
After graduating from IIT and leaving a well-paid IT job, I am following my heart's calling to enter into Education field. I genuinely feel that this is the best way I can make use of my talent to contribute to the society. My mission is to see hundreds of children inspired in their life to become good human beings, living meaningful lives of purpose and doing 'their' best to contribute to the society. Expertise can only be achieved by students who are interested in the subject, and a teacher's job is to ignite this curiosity. In my sessions, I don't just teach concepts, I strive to help students experience the thrill of science. I make students understand concepts in depth while also giving the big picture and applications in real world. Each class will be customized according to the individual's requirement and nature, by combining different teaching methods like giving demonstration, explaining through practical problems, through stories or animations, discussions and so on. I can understand the exact place where students are stuck, and help them overcome challenges at their level. In addition to subject knowledge, to crack competitive exams, one needs to know the tricks of the trade. Having been through that phase myself, I will also teach students these tricks to help them maximize their score. I have given numerous seminars to JEE Aspirants in Kota and Hyderabad on themes like "Concentration" and "Time Management". Whenever required, I will include such helpful and inspiring discussions in the class, to motivate and enthuse students towards their goal.
