About Penelope
I’m a college student finishing my BA in forensic psychology. I was born and raised in Puerto Rico and moved to Texas, where I learned English in just one semester of school. That experience made me bilingual and taught me firsthand what it feels like to learn a new language.
The best thing I did was simply go for it! Learning a language can feel scary, especially when you’re worried about making mistakes, but speaking is how you improve. My advice is simple: do it scared! I want to help you build that same confidence while learning Spanish in a comfortable and judgment-free environment.

I want Spanish lessons to feel easy, comfortable, and actually useful! We’ll focus on speaking naturally while using things you’d normally enjoy, like movies, music, and reading.
We will:
-Focus on conversational Spanish
-Practice real-life conversations and situations
-Learn through Spanish movies, music, and media
-Read short stories and articles in Spanish
-Lessons based on your level and goals
-A relaxed space to practice without worrying about mistakes
-Practice writing, pronunciation, and spell checking
