My style of training is extremely technical. I believe that the process of getting to your desired results is more important that the results themselves. Long term, this will create a more consistent player. My approach to my training is a great balance of toughness and encouragement. I’ve been developing players for the last 13 years and have sent over 25 players to play at the collegiate level.
