About Giulia
I obtained a Master in Illustration and an Agrégation in Visual Arts at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels. I study contemporary binding at the Academy of Saint-Gilles. I work as a freelance and teacher (upper secondary level), I have accumulated several experiences as a socio-cultural animator and I lead artistic workshops for adults and children. I therefore adapt my teaching approach to the needs, intentions and desires of the student.

For an illustration journey, I offer:
- Visual creation courses: this can range from observation drawing courses to the exploration of different techniques (collage, painting, monotype, etc.). The goal: to improve his drawing techniques, or rediscover the pleasure of creating images. Very important in this phase: have fun! :-)
- Narrative exploration: what are your images and what do you want to tell? We analyze the drawings and the creative process, we relate words, text, images, we weave text-image links.
- Final formatting of the project: basic learning of digital tools (Adobe Suite), composition and layout. We can work on simple binding techniques in order to create models or presentation devices.
These classes are especially addressed to students willing to prepare an effective portfolio to present to art academies.
They can perfectly for to amateurs willing to work on their practice.
Of course, we can work only specific aspects between those that I mentioned below.
