About Margarita
I am a professional illustrator, and creating images has been one of my greatest passions for all of my life. I have a masters degree in Art and Politics. I have had training in the use of illustration as a tool of documentation and of activism, and I have organised workshops with groups of young people and members of the community on creating imagery and simple techniques for self-publishing.

I want to hear what you want out of these lessons, and we'll work together a series of sessions that serve your goals, with a final project in mind. We will use pencil, inks and paints (and other materials if you want!) to practice creative exercises, we'll learn some basics of cartoon and graphic novels, how to think of a DIY publication, and some digital editing with freely available open software. All levels (and none!) are welcome!

I currently encourage students to chose the online class setting, in order to protect each other's health in this current climate.
Additional travel fee may be required if the distance is greater than 45 minutes cycling from my base. This can be discussed, and no travel fee is required for online lessons.
