About Joanna
I am here for you to offer holistic support and address your needs. I love accompanying personal development, supporting the discovery of potential, and playing with perspectives.
I have worked in a global corporation in the financial sector for over 15 years, where I enjoy collaborating with amazing people in areas such as portfolio management, project management, product management, and team leadership. I also enable solutions that support health and well-being for approximately 120,000 employees.
I am a yogi, certified yoga teacher, certified mental health support practitioner, diversity, equity, and inclusion ambassador, mentor, and certified Reiki practitioner. I find immense joy in dancing, creating art, crafting, singing, dreaming big, self-discovery, learning new things, and connecting with nature and animals.
I hold a bachelor’s and master’s degree in business management, a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, postgraduate studies in project management based on PMI, and postgraduate studies in process improvement based on Six Sigma.
Currently, I am undergoing coaching training and will complete my ICF (International Coaching Federation) certification next year.

What is integral coaching?
This is a focus on achieving goals and building a deeper understanding of oneself, developing awareness and inner harmony.
