Two tariffs I have is that I will charge the students an hour rate if he or she does not cancel the schedule appointment 30 minutes prior to the start time. In additon, I will charge the students an hour rate if he or she has not showed up for our schedule appointment or call to cancel the appointment 20 minutes after the start time.
