About Abdi
I have A* in Maths and Economics and an A in physics. Im in my second year of Civil Engineering at Imperial College London.
I’m from North London and happy to take both local students and also those from a little further.

I like my students to fully understand the logic of where a concept comes from as from my experience this helps keep the information retained for much longer whilst also making the subject more enjoyable to learn.
After my students appreciate the theory I usually perform an example of a question or application, explaining what would be my thought process had I seen the question fresh.
Then, I like to supervise the students doing their own question, providing small prompts as needed.
The rest of the time will be spent with the students doing questions, re-explaining theory if needed.
