Imperial College student eager to help - Maths tutor with Barbora

Barbora worked with my Year 6 maths students for two years. She took the enrichment group and was an excellent tutor. She was always enthusiastic and organised. She was able to suitably challenge the students and at the same time kept them engaged. I have no problem recommending Barbora for this site.

I have been Barbora's personal and academic tutor, monitoring her progress at the Physics department of Imperial College and teaching her group a series of diverse topics in physics and maths. Barbora came to our department as an excellent candidate, having achieved high IB scores in maths and physics. During the first year, she has successfully built upon this solid background and mastered a range of subjects in higher maths and general physics. She has consistently received first class marks in the theoretical subjects and I expect her to do very well in the final exams.

The nature of the tutorials I have conducted for Barbora's group is highly interactive, such that students are expected to explain their solutions to the class at the whiteboard. In doing so, Barbora demonstrated not just a good knowledge of the subject, but also a very good didactic ability. I am thus thoroughly convinced that Barbora is going to be a fantastic tutor. Had I had a need, I would have hired her in this capacity without hesitation.
