About Aniruddh
I’m Aniruddh, a passionate chess player with a FIDE rating of 2130 and a peak of 2205. I’ve spent years immersed in competitive chess, constantly refining my understanding of strategy, tactics, and, especially, psychological resilience. Coaching is a natural extension of my journey—I enjoy helping others unlock their potential and experience the thrill of improvement.

As a student of chemical engineering, I’ve learned how to balance intense academics with high-level chess. That’s why I value efficiency, clarity, and structure in my teaching. I believe chess is not just a game—it’s a mindset, and I love sharing that with learners who are curious, ambitious, and ready to grow.

I am a FIDE-rated chess player with a current Elo of 2130 and a peak of 2205, actively competing and studying the game. My coaching is structured, challenge-based, and tailored to each student—whether you're a beginner learning the basics or an intermediate player aiming to sharpen your tactics and strategic thinking.
Each session is designed around clear principles & concepts. I emphasize pattern recognition, decision-making under pressure, and practical improvement through guided analysis and interactive exercises.
As a chemical engineering student, I understand the importance of balancing chess with academics or other commitments. That’s why my lessons are efficient, focused, and built to deliver progress without burnout. I offer both individual and group sessions, and I’m happy to customize the pace and content based on your goals.
