About Jesson Franc
I have participated in free tutoring services at the university where I am currently enrolled. Through this experience, I have developed a deep appreciation for tutors who are passionate about sharing their knowledge and helping students succeed. Their dedication inspires me, and I aspire to become a tutor who can make a positive impact on learners as well.
As a tutor, I focus on understanding each student's weaknesses and learning needs so that I can explain concepts in a way that is easier for them to absorb. I also adapt different teaching styles to provide multiple perspectives, helping students understand lessons from various angles. Most importantly, I always maintain a positive attitude and a friendly smile, as I believe creating a comfortable and encouraging learning environment makes the learning process more effective, enjoyable, and rewarding.
