About Mariana
I just graduated High School in March of 2022 at sixteen years old after deciding to switch to homeschooling and finish school at home. I've spent the fall applying to colleges, and now that I'm done I would love to get back to the tutoring I used to do around the neighbourhood in High School. I love the language of as it is native to my parents and family, and would love to help make the academic side positive, not stressful like I have seen it become to peers and friends throughout the years.

Using my experience learning Spanish in a traditional High/Middle School setting, while also becoming fluent around native speakers at home, I combine both learning experiences and can meet the traditional academic requirements, while also reenforcing conversational and cultural skills. I learned Spanish slowly throughout my life, and find it important to use patience as a teaching tool. A typical lesson would be going through daily homework, study guides, or whatever is needed using my own experience in 6-10th grade Spanish.
