Course setup
My experience includes 28 years of working with people of all ages in various settings, including schools, learning centers, institutes, private homes, and hosting retreats and workshops, as well as mediating in organizations.
Previous attendees report higher self-esteem, improved relationships and increased sense of relaxation and ease.
The Gift of a Shift is taught over a four-week period.
