I met Sahana through Desi Performance, a performance organization at Syracuse University that brought together musicians and dancers (which she found and led!). Although I had danced briefly in the past, I stepped away from it to focus on my education. After meeting Sahana, she reignited my passion for dance and gave me the confidence to start again.

Sahana is an incredible instructor: patient, encouraging, and genuinely invested in her students’ growth. She never gives up on you, even when you doubt yourself, and creates such a supportive and motivating environment to learn in. Beyond being talented and hardworking, she is also one of the best mentors and friends I’ve had.
