About Mandakini

Hello! I'm a passionate cooking and baking tutor with a love for sharing the art of authentic Indian cuisine and professional baking. I enjoy helping students of all ages and skill levels discover the joy of creating delicious food and beautiful desserts from scratch.
My expertise includes traditional Indian cooking, breads, curries, snacks, sweets, eggless cakes, desserts, cake decorating, whipped cream, buttercream techniques, cakes. I believe that anyone can learn to cook and bake with the right guidance, patience, and practice.
My lessons are friendly, hands-on, and tailored to your individual goals. Whether you want to learn everyday home cooking, impress family and friends, prepare for special occasions, or develop professional baking skills, I will guide you step by step with practical techniques, helpful tips, and plenty of encouragement.
There's nothing more rewarding than seeing my students gain confidence and create dishes and cakes they're proud of. I look forward to helping you build skills that you'll enjoy for years to come.

About the lesson

Learning should be enjoyable, practical, and confidence-building. My lessons are tailored to your experience, whether you're a complete beginner or someone looking to refine advanced techniques.
I teach authentic Indian vegetarian cooking including starters, mains alongside professional eggless baking and cake decorating. Rather than simply following recipes, I explain the "why" behind each step so you understand the techniques and can recreate them successfully on your own.

I can teach in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and English languages

My lessons are hands-on, patient, and interactive. We work at your pace, with plenty of opportunities to ask questions and practise. I adapt each class to your goals—whether you want to prepare everyday Indian meals, master regional specialities, bake beautiful eggless cakes

I believe everyone can cook and bake with confidence when they're guided step by step. My aim is not just to help you make one great dish or cake, but to give you the skills, knowledge, and confidence to continue creating long after our lessons end.

Whether you're learning for family, a new hobby, special occasions, or to start your own baking business, I'll support you with practical tips, proven techniques, and personalised guidance to help you achieve your goals.
