About Kumar
Hello! My name is Kumar. I have completed my MBA and currently work full-time, but cooking has always been much more than just a hobby for me. It is something I genuinely enjoy and continuously learn about in my free time.
My dream is to one day open my own restaurant and share authentic Indian food with people from different parts of the world. Until then, I love teaching others how to prepare delicious Indian dishes and helping them discover the rich flavors of North Indian cuisine.
I specialize in traditional North Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking, including dishes such as Butter Chicken, Champaran Mutton Handi, Chole Bhature, Paneer Lababdar, Fish Curry, Bhindi Masala, Dal Tadka, and many other home-style recipes. I believe that great food can be made with simple ingredients and easy-to-follow techniques.
As a teacher, I am patient, friendly, and focused on making cooking enjoyable rather than intimidating. My goal is to help students understand the basics of Indian spices, cooking methods, and flavor combinations so they can confidently recreate dishes on their own.
Whether you are a beginner, a food enthusiast, a working professional looking to learn a new skill, or someone curious about authentic Indian cuisine, I would be happy to share my knowledge and passion for cooking with you.

I believe great Indian food does not require expensive ingredients or professional kitchen equipment. My classes focus on authentic North Indian home-style cooking using simple techniques and ingredients that are easily available in most countries.
My teaching style is practical, interactive, and beginner-friendly. During each live session, I explain ingredients, preparation methods, cooking techniques, spice combinations, and common mistakes to avoid. Students can cook alongside me and ask questions throughout the class.
The classes are suitable for beginners, food enthusiasts, working professionals, students living abroad, and anyone interested in learning authentic Indian cuisine. Lessons are available in both Hindi and English.
I teach both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, including Butter Chicken, Chicken Curry, Kolkata Style Chicken Curry, Champaran Mutton Handi, Fish Curry, Chole Bhature, Paneer Lababdar, Dal Tadka, Bhindi Masala, Paneer Butter Masala, Rajma Chawal, Aloo Paratha, Jeera Rice, and other traditional North Indian recipes.
My goal is to help students confidently recreate authentic Indian flavors at home with easy-to-follow methods and ingredients that fit their local availability.
