About Casper
I have over 3 years of practical experience in fitness through which I have undergone trial and error going from little-to-no muscle mass to successfully tailoring my meals and workouts to my needs thus reaching my desired goals of gaining muscle and increasing in size, all while staying in good shape. I have always wanted to teach fitness and help others reach their fitness goals and with the extensive research I have previously done and still doing to constantly better myself, I now feel fit to pass my knowledge onto the next person.

The lessons will all be held online. Depending on what you're looking for, whether that's going to the gym using the wide range of equipment available or working out from home with only body weight exercises or if available, dumbbells or weights at home, I will map out a fitness plan tailored specifically to your needs including meal plans and exercises. The lessons can work in one of two ways, you can either simply just follow the plan I will make following our first call and work out in the gym or at home on your own while I will be checking up on you regularly or we can work out together online whereby I can demonstrate exercises, but only if you are doing home workouts. All progress will be logged regularly. The length of a session will typically be 1 hour, however it will again mostly depend on what you are looking for and can therefore also be longer. I have no prior experience as a tutor but I am very determined to help you get closer to your fitness goals. The lessons are for anyone above the age of 16 and of all levels
